Hello readers, my name is Dhani and today I want to share about one of the most spicy food In Indonesia. Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus.
Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus is a fried chicken with alot of chili on top of it, Ayam means Chicken and Gepuk means smashed, so this food are very hot chicken with sambal called “Sambal bawang” and you cant ger rid of sambal becaus it already mixed with chicken.
But the good news is you can choose level of its spiciness level, from normal, medium, hot, and extra hot. and you can ask them not to mix chicken with sambal so you are safe.
