Again my focus of writing is all about wellnes of our health, heart and soul. How can it be possible ?
Well, from two sides it may be possible, 1) physical fitness by workouts and 2) eating nutritious foods and fruits.
By this combination of our act ,we may arrive at our target, i.e, the fitness of physique, a kicking heart and purity of soul , all three are correlated.
Keeping in view this started conversation, I uploading a picture of good and tasteful fruits that I take on regular basis in morning .
