This started four days ago and it hasn’t moved ever since I don’t know why but since my last update to photos it has been acting weird and doesn’t function very well. Thank you to those who can help

There are counters on the individual photos and a total for all your photo views. Which one are you concerned about?
The individual counters are updated pretty much in real time while the total is updated only once or twice a week. I remember once almost a month passed before the total was updated. Could this explain what you are seeing?

The problem is my total view count all my photos are updating but the total one hasn’t for four days sorry for the misunderstanding

Are you saying the graph count is freezed?
Are you saying total photo view counts on the profile? If it’s you can Read Here
I have seen many posts like this i can’t find any information about that i can say you one thing you need to wait for the update please wait more some more few days. Are please be patience for the help from the moderators.

It would be very helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply. Just hitting Reply does not ensure we get notified by email.
Four days is not unusual. Just be patient. No need to worry about it.
It is a huge calculation to update all the totals. We are more than 150 million Local Guides and there are more than a billion Maps users, so Google decided to save some computer resources by only updating the totals now and then.
It is not an error. This is how it has been for years.

My individual photos count has been stuck (they even went down) for a couple of weeks.
It used to update every time I looked at my profile.
My view count has frozen for all of my individual photos and hasn’t moved for about 2 weeks. Any idea if this is a temporary halt or is their a problem with my account?

Yes, there is bug affecting the counting of photo views and the photo views graph. The team is working on a fix. You don’t need to do anything but wait.
