The Bucharest Gardens are known as a garden complex located on the island of Vancouver, 21 kilometers north of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The total area of ββthe garden is 5.26 hectares and was designed under the auspices of Jenny Bochart during the years 1939-1909. Every year, one million visitors visit the Bucharest Gardens.
Bucharest gardens are located in a formerly limestone mine. This mine is r. P. Bucharat belonged. In 1909, the limestone quarry was closed down and discharged after five years. Jenny Buchart, wife of R. P. Bucharat decided to create a garden for the remains of a deserted mine. Over a period of ten years, the mines workers who were now unemployed were taken out of the mine area by mercenaries and rubbish. It was brought to the area by horse and chariot so the first garden was created from the Bucharest Gardens garden named San Banca.
