The world around us seems big and unknown, and when you go to another city, and even better to another country, most people experience anxiety and fear. This is quite normal since the unknown scares the most people. Which even happened with me when I was planning my first trip to Europe.
When start studying Google Maps, I saw reviews from other tourists about the places that I wanted to visit. The information from the Local Guides participants was so interesting and informative that I wanted to travel the world even more than ever.
During the trip, when I took a photo, I received reminders from Google Maps to find out my opinion about the places I visited.
My first review and photo in Prague that I made at Hotel Uno Prague where I stayed for the night. I tried to make a review of the hotel so that people would well understand the place where they want to stay: this is the convenience in the hotel room, what menu is served for breakfast, how the dishes look, which seems to me to give a more detailed assessment of the service provided in the hotel. I needed to spend more of my time on a detailed study of the locations, but I am glad that I was able to help other people. This review has become popular and more than 4 thousand people watched it. After that, I shared my knowledge and experience, thinking that it would help other people like me, and it would be easier for them to plan their route. This makes me study the world in more details, which will improve the quality of my knowledge.
More than two years have passed since my visit to Prague, but every month I still receive a message from Google that the views of my photos are increasing, there are already more than 45 thousand views. Also, when I look at my photos, I can remember in detail the places where I visited because Google provided me with such an opportunity.
With Local Guide, planning my trips has become much easier productive.
