The Portuguese built the vasai fort .

Later it is taken over by Maratha warrior Chimaji Appa. Vasai fort also include a church. It also include a temple of wagreshwari.

It’s a sutible location for photoshoot. When you enter in the fort at the first you see the statue of Chimaji Appa. Then it come the temple of wagreshwari . The fort aslo has a port attached with vasai bay. Tourist visit this place for its historical structure. You can find guides to give you the information about this fort in English and also in other local language. Visit once😊.
