I have been traveling around Myanmar for 20 days and one of the things that have more surprised me is the delicious food. Before arriving on Myanmar I had no idea about what type of food I will find and it was a big surprise to discover such good flavors that I have never tried before. Because of its geographical location, Myanmar’s food has been influenced by Chinese, Indian and Thai cuisine. All of these flavors mix together in a very sophisticated cuisine that is unfairly unknown in the world. it is time for Myanmar’s food to have the international recognition that is deserves.
