Hi, My name is Mirza Sabbir Ahmed. I’m from Dhaka,Bangladesh. It’s not been too long before I became a Google Local Guide. But I like to use google map since my schools days(2013). Anyways, currently I’m a computer science student.
Google maps help me a lot specially last couple of years, I moved to Dhaka in 2016. Google map has been my partner for last 4 years. I did not know any places of Dhaka, But my partner (Google Map) know that very well. Traffic jam is one of biggest problem in Dhaka City but Google maps let me know 24 hours real traffic update that’s help me lot. Because every people who live in Dhaka city lost huge times from their life just because of Traffic. But for me real time traffic update minimize wasting of time, that help a lot. Then I let my friends know about google maps, they are also very interested. Within a few days, Google Maps became their daily companion like me. Then I have started to know more about google maps and let my friends know regularly. But I wish I would help more people but I don’t know how can I do ? One day I knew about google local guide program. I search in google and read local guide programs and that time I decided to do work with google to help more peoples that make me very proud. Then I started to work and result is now I’m google local guide 7. I have written lot of review, anyway I forgot to say one more think I have huge interest in mobile photography but I did not get any scope to do but google maps give me the great opportunity. I feel very proud to say that till now I have added 292 photos and viewed by 126,925 people all over the world. I could not imagine that my photos will be viewed by 126,925. I just loved it. I have added lot of place these were missing in google google maps. I thing I never forget. I added a placed that was basically a ‘Online Press Office’ in maps, This press is basically based on YouTube and their office would not added in google maps, Then I decided to find out the office and take some pictures then added to google map, And I do within 2 days, After 1 month later the authority recognized it and The authority of this place invited me and give a big thanks to me for adding their place in google map. That’s the most interesting thing that I have done through google map. Now google has been become a part of life. Thank you google for giving the great opportunity. I want to work more to help people but my country has some restriction (e,g I can not add missing road ), I find out lot of roads are missing in maps, I want to fixed these issues if google give a chance to do.
