Sometime back, I posted a query on how to resolves the errors in the statistics of Your Contributions.
I received several tips from fellow LGs on troubleshooting & the summary is below.
On the phone:
- Check Public profile.
- Use an Incognito mode.
- Clear cache + app data and repeat.
- Logout & re-login.
- Check for updates for the app and OS
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Restart and repeat.
- If the device manufacturer permits, rollback the app to a factory fitted version.
- If possible, repeat these steps on another device, the one not having Android or clones.
On a Desktop;
- Use an incognito mode.
- Follow that by guest mode.
- Consider other browsers.
- Clear cookies and browsing history.
- Check for updates for the the browsers.
- Restart and repeat.
- If possible, repeat these steps on a non-windows OS.
Though painful, that confirms the error is not on the client’s side.
