फौजी का खाना ! ( The food of a solider ) A fort close to my city, Daultabad, was on the way of becoming India’s capital back in mediveal period. This entitled a heavy troop movement from Delhi to Daulatabad. To satiate the hunger of the troops, this food was invented here and it became a part of our culture.
The dish was named ’ Naan Qalia’ ! The yellow bread you see is the naan, freshly baked in an indigenous oven. It’s mostly popular with meat, but chicken isn’t bad either
