The Selection Process for Bangladesh Local Guide's Mega Meetups

A graf chat collage of the 200th meetup of BDLG

Bangladesh Local Guides might use a combination of different criteria to select a location for a Mega Meetup, such as the location’s popularity, the availability of facilities, the accessibility of the location, and the potential interest of the attendees.

Bangladesh Local Guides could use data analysis and machine learning techniques to make the selection process smarter. For example, they could use data on past Mega Meetups to identify popular locations and patterns in attendance. They could also analyze search data and social media activity to identify locations that are generating a lot of interest. Additionally, they could use demographic data to identify areas with high concentrations of potential attendees.

By combining all this information, the Bangladesh Local Guides can make informed decisions about where to hold their Mega Meetups and target their efforts to areas where they are likely to have the most impact.

"The Bangladesh Local Guide community is a platform that has been serving google maps and local guides activities for 9 years. During this time, the community has successfully organized over 200 small and large meetups, as well as several international events.

Mahabub Hasan, the founder of Bangladesh Local Guide, prefers to introduce himself as a simple local guide rather than as the founder of the community. The community brings together 100-150 members from all over the country for its mega programs, which are supported by expenses ranging from $2,000 to $10,000. A nominal goodwill fee is also charged from the attendees to support the community, so join us and be a part of Bangladesh’s most exciting cultural experiences today! With a mix of new and seasoned members who share a love for local guides, the Bangladesh Local Guide is the perfect way to uncover the secrets of the country and make lasting memories."

But how does the Bangladesh Local Guide select its members for these mega-events? It’s simple – through a registration process that considers factors such as gender, level, Local Guides connect activity, Maps Activities, city, and occupation. This ensures a diverse mix of attendees and gives everyone the chance to participate and enjoy the events, regardless of their background or experience.

@MortenCopenhagen thanks for your comment. Selected mean they are fulfill our criteria, as like last three month at least three connect post, at least two review and 10 photos contribution if full fill then we mark them selected,

Final attendance means from selected we make three categories, first priority, second priority and waiting list.

Because our seat limitation maybe more than 100 people selected but our mega program total accommodation 35 then we mixed up with new and old local guide first priority and many more criterias
