missing momos during the quarantine.
It’s been so long since I had momos as we all are stuck in our homes during this quarantine. I decided to kill that crave, I gathered all the ingredients but forgot mayo and what good are momos without mayo? As I don’t have any steamer I prepared my setup using a kettle, flour sieve and frying pan lid. I prepared three different types of stuffing (raw onion and cabbage, cooked onion and cabbage, and soya chunks) to make 2 different styles of momos(tandoori and steamed). Then with the utmost desire to have a perfect momos feast, I carried on to make my red chilli chutney, tandoori sauce, and mayo(cause you know what good…). Well then finally I had these amazing momos and with homemade sauces and to rest my desire till next snack.
