The score for "Answers" is highly dropped.

I am a level 10 LG with above 309,000 points in Google Maps

Also, I have completed all “Master” badges, long back.

Recently I noticed this number change & thought that it will get corrected;

To my bad luck there is no change & hence request you to kindly help me.

Looks like your amount of answers dropped dramatically, @TravellerG

I suppose this issue was fixed long time ago, just to avoid any drop in points dye to the change of the settings of your profile, so you did it right by tagging a Googler. However, as Deni is not moderating the Community, let me tag @MashaPS for you.

In any case, can you kindly check if the status of your Web & App Activity is on, as indicated in Answer questions .

This will help Google to check the issue

Dear @TravellerG

Is Auto-delete set to OFF in your settings found here? If not, please change it to OFF.

This should be done on a Mobile device and not a Desktop.

That is the proabably the only way we can lose answer points.

Auto delete was enabled (on) for more than 3 months.

IS there any way we can claim the answers back?

Unfortunately, there is not, @TravellerG .

Late last week another LG reported the same. He also was not aware to have changed that setting.
