The Royal City of Patiala which is in Punjab (India). It founded by Baba Ala Singh. Patiala is famous worldwide for its Patiala Shahi Pagg(Turban), Pranda(a tasselled tag for braiding hair), Patiala Salwar (a type of female trousers), Jutti (footwear) and Patiala Peg (liquor). It has so many religious places as well like Gurudwara Shri Dukhniwaran Shahib, Kala Mata Mandir, Moti Bagh Shahib etc. Patiala has so much forts like Sheesh Mehal, Qila Mubarrak, Bahadurgarh Fort, which are famous among tourists. National Institute for Sports also located here which give India a large number of National players.
