Hello everyone, I just thought I would shed some light as to why I became engaged in the local guide system!
I began to use the local guide system a few years ago, because why not? It seemed like a little time waster for me and I do enjoy trying different things. Then I realised how fun it is, reviewing things and my experiences! One of the first things I did, was add my workplace to the map system, as we had recently opened up and had no pin on the map, and now we do, with all the relevant information.
The main reason I use it now, is to help people. I answer as many FAQS as I can, answer questions and write honest reviews about the time I have spent there, because if I can help an exasperated family decide on a place to go for a meal with one of my reviews, then everything will have been worth it.
