Pulque is a white, sweet-tasting, slightly acidic drink with multiple benefits such as probiotics and antioxidants. It is a typical drink of the central zone of Mexico and that is obtained from the natural fermentation of the maguey sap known as honey water. It is consumed in its natural form or in combination with fruits such as banana, mango, strawberry and even with some vegetables such as beets, celery, this combination is called "cured pulque". When you visit Mexico don't forget to try it !!!
