The problem with fake reviews

Hey there ! (this is my first post)

As many of you know, there is a problem with fake reviews on Google. I’d like to explain my situation and hear your proposals.

I discovered the profile of a business whose reputation is (very) bad and who uses dubious practices with consumers. The reputation of the business is so bad on Google that it creates fake reviews to boost their reputation.

Actually, the business has about 200 reviews and only last night, 39 new 5-star reviews appeared (see screenshot below). These reviews were all published by new accounts that were created for this purpose only.

What can we do to fight fake reviews on Google?

In this case we have a double fraud:

Fake Local Guides account, to be reported here by tagging a Google Moderator @MashaPS

The business should be reported on the GMB Community
