My passion is to share all I can about real food. Why? because I strongly believe that choosing what you eat and not just through your mouth but your skin, your eyes/mind and surroundings, gives us the power to change the way things are (not very bright future). The best way for sequestering carbon and henece stopping global warming is by reabsorbing it to the soil and it is just by using regenerative agriculture that we can do this in the most natural (Earthly) way. If the planet is well we can be well but if we stubbornly keep seing our planet as experimental grounds for profitable businesses then we may come to paliative solutions that, as usual, won’t be backed up by the mightiest power source that we know of and with which we have the closest relation with called NATURE.
