The power of knowledge crowdsharing and hunger pangs

I am a pragmatic person and I believe in the power of knowledge built with the contribution of many.

Let me explain better…I love to travel with my family and everywhere I go, with Google Maps I always feel I have in my pocket all the info I need to explore the entire world.

For example, last summer we were travelling by car from Italy to England crossing France…When my daughters were hit by hunger pangs in the middle of the highway, by consulting the restaurant reviews in the surrounding area, I always had the best food alternative to a gas station bar…and much gratitude from my husband!

That’s why I especially like to post reviews on restaurants, bars, confectioneries and bakeries. In the last trip we were in Rome and we had fantastic pasta dishes. All these 3 dishes I am posting here have in common 2 tipical ingredients of the roman cuisine: Pecorino cheese and Guanciale (a special kind of bacon made from the pork’s cheek).

It’s a pity that Google Connect doesn’t have an “aroma feature”…yet! ?
