Have you ever seen a House with cats? I’ve seen one in Kiev. I found it occasionally while walking through the streets. It attracted me with it’s unusual look, although I would never guess that it is called ‘A house with cats’. You will understand me if you take a look at it – there are only 2 small sculptures of cats on the first floor. Although somethimes it hard to understand why people give different names to the things.
It was not the first time when my feet brought me to something interesting. Since childhood I was keen on walking and discovering new places and things. When I come to a new city or move to a new house, the first thing I do is discovering a new territory. It is so interesting to know what is around and build new connections in your brain!
Due to extreme curiosity sometimes I find some adventures and my friends know, that we will always have fun together. Especially important for me is to take pictures of what I saw, especially really good and interesting pictures. It helps me to open this place for new people so they good see it from my side.
I was very excited when I opened Google Maps for the first time. I understood that sharing your world with others is possible and you can not only post some pictures, but also share your impressions and help people. So your hobby is useful for others and it makes you feel so warm and proud. Moreover my country is not the most open and discovered for foreigners, so my knowledge of English and my curiosity help me to open Ukraine for all the world.
Mostly I share places I visit, some historical monuments and buildings, cafes, museums, cinemas, parks, shops and all the other things which I find on my way. Sometimes they are very popular and I see that a lot of people already added them to Google, although more pleasent is when you find new, really interesting place and you see, that there is mostly nothing about it on the maps. In such situations I feel so good that my experience can help someone.
You can take a look at my profile and see that I have a small number of reviews yet, although my way started not so long ago, so I have a lot of things to work on. Thanks to Google Maps my walks gain new goals and take me deeper and deeper.
