The most interesting things i have done as a local guide is adding photos and making reviews of places i have visited. It is actually fun to share your experiences because i know for sure that quite a number of people benefit from such photos and reviews. This is so because i have really been helped by other peoples reviews whenever am checking out hotels i spend in every time i travel. As a result i thought; why not? why be selfish and keep all these wonderful experiences to myself when i actually rely on others experiences a great deal? With so much enthusiasm in my heart i find it quite interesting to share my experiences by simply just doing what i enjoy most.
I remember one time while in a hotel in Switzerland i was so disappointed just because there was no kettle in the room for making tea for myself. I rated the place so low that the manager got concerned and reached out to me to find out my reason for doing so as i was still with them. I want to believe my feedback helped them improve because at least it made him show real concern to improve services as per the customer demand.
