Hello everyone,
I’m a big time foodie and this has to be my one of the craziest story for food. I was traveling to Thailand from India so I landed in Bangkok after 6 hours of flying and then I had a booking to go to a remote island located near Pattaya called as KOH LARN. In total I traveled for 14 hours straight in a day. Finally when I reached the island I was craving for Thai green curry, I googled Thai green curry near me and it showed as 500 meters away. I switched on the navigation and took the directions as shown in the map. It took me into narrow streets and more clustered houses but when I reached the restaurant was no where to be seen. I was hangry, flabbergasted and what not dying of hunger. I tried to ask people for this restaurant but they didnt know english, I downloaded the Google translator APP and asked them to take me to this restaurant. I got to know that the restaurant had been shifted to a new place and the locals were kind enough to take me there. Finally I was glad to see the restaurant after a long struggle. The first that I did was to correct the location of the restaurant on the maps so that nobody else faces the same situation like me. I have to admit I had a very scrumptious meal that day. For me this was the most interesting thing that I did as a local guide.
