Zomduar is a Picnic Spot which is about 150 kms from Bongaigaon Town and is known for its Scenic beauty. The Beautiful view of the Bhutan hills and the fast flowing Sankas River is the main attraction of this place. There is a Cave in the hill. Which people use to say a way to reach the hell.

So the place is called ‘Zomduar’ Where ‘Zom’ means the King of Hell and ‘duar’ means ‘The Gate’ the place is also a dwelling area of Golden Langurs, Elephants and Peacocks.
