When I added an underrated place where they serve one of the best local food but didn’t exist at the Google Map. I really love to help people knows that there is such a good place to eat in town.
I also added a new place which just opened about a couple months ago. I found it on twitter where a women share about it. A young couple, just married and decided to rent her garage to open a traditional coffee shop and everything that they sell is very cheap. I could say under 1$ or 14.000 IDR.
They struggling together and they’re waiting for their first baby. The woman said no one coming to their place though they decorated it nicely and it touched me.
One day I came there with a friend. We have no idea where it was, the place was not available at the Google Map. The road is not a main road so I think maybe no one notice it. So I decided to take shots and put them on it.
I told the women who shared the story that I already put their place on Google Maps so it’ll be easier for people to find their place. I hope that way I helped them to let people know that they’re opening a new coffee shop.
I want to do such thing even more often. Everytime a friend told me any new place, I’d check it on Google Maps first. I’d love to make sure such a good place is noticed by everyone.
