The Most Interesting thing I've done as a Local Guide

Hi Google,

I’m Dedi Sopandi Sofwan, Local Guides Level 10 from Bandung City - Indonesia.

Since joining on march 27th 2017 until now, a lot of experience, knowledge and insights gained that makes me proud to be a local guide.

Besides I’ve made the best contribution on maps and actively participate in the connect forum, there are two things that I always do as a Local Guides.

Educating Local guides to contribute properly and correctly.
Encourage them to be diligent in Local Guides community’s meet ups.

In order I can to achieve these two goals, I undertake the following strategis steps, there are :

The First,

to educate them best contributing, I have made a brochure containing the rules and subject matter of this local guides program taken from www.localguidesconnect.com

The Second,

In Every Community meet up or in Community social media, I am always trusted to provide direction, advice and correction in contributing to maps and connect Forum.

The Third,

I have made various acrylic accessories for meet ups with the aim that they know the various badges that are in this Local guides program and also so that the meet ups are warm and colorful.

I Have distributed these accessories to various local guides communities In Indonesia for free of charge, and they use them as an inseparable part of the meet up

These accessories also adorn the 2018 and 2019 connect live event, also being used in various countries.

It was great moment to see and met @PaDeSSo .I know him since the first time on 2018 when we did a meet ups with Bogor Local Guides.

He is humble and did great job for his community also Indonesia till overseas. Thank you for your loyalty as a local guides. Your great hospitality is always remembered by many peoples. Keep maintain your high spirit always more contributing.
