When visiting South Africa for a business trip, I did not know I was about to hang around with the worlds most dangerous animals and feeling like I’m one of the actor in the Disney movie, The Lion King.
In my profession as a TV producer I’m blessed with the opportunity to discover unique and remote places around the world.
This time we where traveling to South Africa to record one of the worlds most famous reality shows.
The set was in a remote location in the Manyoni Private Game Reserve, close by the village named “Mkuze”. We stayed in the house
called “Hlekani Homestead”. A newly built lodge with 15 different house - but no pin in Google Maps That was my first mission.
Everyday we visited new places and I was doing my best to update the Google Maps with significant and correct informations.
On our way to work, all of a sudden we encountered a big elephant, giraffes, lions and a lot of other wild games.
After spending three weeks in South Africa I understood that there are many places on earth that needs to be protected.
