Interestingly far from home and farther still from your destination. Where you have no idea where you are. But, you’re hungry. You don’t want fast food, though. How can you find a local, non-chain restaurant? Your trusty Google Maps, that’s where! You type it up, click the Food icon or search for restaurant, and Google Maps uses your location to find restaurants close to where you are. Bingo! one savvy neighborhood restaurant just earned a new customer.
Wait…… Wait…… Wait……
These all worked just because of people like you and me voluntarily sharing the information of those business or unknown places (Street food hawker, Restaurant or Daily Vegetable Market ) in our community by adding their unknown businesses, adding info’s like is it accessible for Physically Disabled person? Sharing the reviews and adding Photos on Google Maps, to make them more popular among people, I think Google Maps could be a better option for adding new places to reviewing the businesses which are almost devoid of customers because their physical existence is not known to the people who were using Google Maps as a solution to their daily life problem.
Apart from these I love to teach people how to use Google Maps with zero computer knowledge, which nowadays is essential. They were so happy and grateful! I liked how people craved more and more knowledge about Google Maps. I also really enjoyed meeting new people from different backgrounds.
Spot on Cafe & Restaurant: I’ve attended the both grand opening & food tasting week, it was so fun to meet him (Ansar, Owner) after while we became friends and I showed him how he can gain customer by adding his business on Google Maps and replying back to every customer reviews, moreover how he can add coming offers on google maps.
