on March 13 in Dhaka City. The place where the event took place is about 400 km from my home. In such a horrible situation from so far away and I participated in the event. Because it was a matter of pride to me, I did not go back to attend the event without knowing the dangers. For a long time when I used to visit with friends and work for Google Map, I would add new places to Google Maps and give accurate information. Then they would ask me what they would do with it. I could not give them an answer. Then I would tell them that I can assist people with the work I am doing and present special places in my own country with the help of Google Map. And I feel very proud to do so. I am working for the country and besides that I also have information about many places through Google Map. I want to help others with information. I would encourage them to do that thing because they will help you with the Google Map, and you will try to help others through Google Maps. You will be very happy to see you after doing this. So now I can proudly say that I am a Bangladesh Local Guide since participating in this program. Because I have been honored to participate in the event. And the Bangladesh Local Guide community has given us a T-shirt sticker with a book with a discount card that we can use for various purposes. Now I know as a local guide my friends will never be able to tell me why I do this. This was my biggest getaway as a Local Guide. Now if I could join the Google Local Guideâs Connect Live, it would be one of the happiest days of my life. Then I can tell the world that I am a Bangladesh Local Guide.
