I have been contributing at this platform since long. Whenever and wherever I go, I try my best to review the place timely and impartially, so that if anyone else wants to seek guidance from google Maps, it serves the purpose.
Once I visited a branch of Muslim Commercial Bank, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The treatment by the staff and the behavior of the staff with customers were rude. It took me hours to complete my transaction there, which could be done within 10 minutes approx. I got so frustrated and wrote the review on google maps that how they misbehaved with me. In a result, a senior manager of that bank read my review, called me immediately, apologized for inconvenience and ensured me that the action will be taken against the staff person responsible.
Then, I realized that the google maps is a swift and reliable platform to get the things right. Because, i was not expecting an immediate action by the manager of that bank in result of a google map review. Later on, some other people contacted me after reading my review about the branch, and seconded my stance. This is the interesting thing happened to me as a local guide.
