I’v been using Google maps for long time, and adding lot of things I discover and what I love as pictures, videos, reviews… for many places.
BUT recently, in this “Corona crisis” I do a great interesting thing as a Local Guide:
As you know, the Corona virus paralyzed the entire world, so it became necessary to sit at home to prevent it, and it was also necessary to take care in everything, such as buying medicines and sterilizers, buying basic living items, purchasing foodstuffs … and other necessary precautions.
And as a local guide, nothing can stop me, especially in using my skills that I have learned from other local guides, including taking precautions and helping people with the right informations and guiding them in the right way.
Actually, I participated in a volunteer local program, to help the local authorities, by drawing the borders of districts/areas with the help of Google Maps, In order to facilitate their identification of the places to be sterilized, and the places where the infections are located.
Also by creating a list of hospital centers that are responsible for diagnosing Corona Covid 19 at the local and national levels.
And since transportation has been suspended, Google Maps has helped people find the nearest shops, ATMs, police stations, pharmacies, delivery restaurants … and other important places.Most of these are the places I added to the map 
and I’m really proud 
that it help some one in this pandemic crisis.

, thanks google for this free app, and I advice locale guides to stay home and in isolation is the best way to protect yourself and others from exposure, wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds before eating, after using the restroom or after blowing your nose.
