The most interesting thing I did as a local guide.

My best experience as a guide was the first that I had, certainly. I remember in a visit I had in 2018 to the city of the cays in Haiti, I tasted a dish that was so delicious that I decided to publish it. Surprisingly, some time after I noticed that the photos were seen by thousands of people. I was proud to allow others to know dishes which until date was considered as typically local dishes and more to promote the visibility of the culinary art of the corner. Since that day, i never miss an opportunity to publish something that can help others increase their knowledge of the world.
