Having an interesting fact as a local guide is complicated, I have spent long minutes trying to decide which specifically is “more interesting”.
One of the most interesting things about being a local guide is being able to correct locations of badly placed establishments. Something that happened to me in our first meet-up and has happened to me with different establishments is doing the search on Google maps and for something that I cannot explain the location is not correct, for example, searching for Andres Carnes Malecon Google maps led me to a vacant lot. I spent a lot of work looking for the right location, when I got to the right place, i made the address corrections and helped the establishment with the location for its clients.
Being a local guide gives you the possibility to correct directions so that other people do not go through the same situation that I do.
At some point you start to become a trustworthy person and the platform makes the changes in real time, however, to start and make the changes the platform confirms that you are doing the right thing, so the change will be reliable.
