Atlas Studios are film studios located in Ouarzazate, Morocco, and created in 1983. In the 1980s, they notably hosted the filming of the films Le Diamant du Nil and Killing is not playing. In the 1990s, The Mummy was partly filmed in these studios. In the 2000s, Ridley Scott filmed there a part of Gladiator then Kingdom of Heaven. During the same decade, Atlas studios hosted the filming of Asterix and Obelix: Mission Cleopatra and Babel. Series like Game of Thrones, Atlantis and Tutankhamun: The Cursed Pharaoh have also used Atlas studios.
