The most interesting I have done as a Local Guide : Exploring and Sharing

I love to explore the hidden gems. For me,the world is an oyster filled with pearls left to be discovered. There are hundreds of gems out there and I love exploring them , be it a small eatery in your local market or the offbeat places which people haven’t made commercial yet. My travel itinerary mostly includes ll of these.

Lots of research and google local guides helps a lot in it.

Being a Local Guide Level 10, I have always believed in taking pictures of even small things that can be meaningful to any person. If I even help one person make their trip or exploration better its such a relief and motivation.

Here are some of my explorations of last 4-5 months. I have nearly 15 million views on my photos and that surely helps and motivates to explore more and more.

  1. Hampi, Unesco World Heritage Site

Hampi is not even much known for people of India as well. Its an epitome of art and architecture with ruins of temples, palaces and others. Its known for its hippie island where you find lot of exploration places, be it local food or some great pizzas at Mango Tree.

  1. Gokarna, Hip version of commercialized Goa

Gokarna is known for its treks and beautiful undiscovered beaches. There are so many beautiful beaches here to discover which requires expert local knowledge and strength for a small trek but the view is all worth it. Its also known for its hippie culture and the shacks are widely known.

  1. Rameshwaram - Dhanushkodi ( Last Land on Earth )

Dhanushkodi is last land on earth. The last land is just 18kms away from Sri Lanka. Dhanushkodi is a land which was destroyed by a cyclone and has been abandoned since.

There are lots more of my exploration and places I have visited which cannot be described in one post here.

Local Guides have surely given me a platform to explore as a local which is the best thing for the one who love to travel.
