Hello everyone,
I hope you are doing great
From the time I got to know about The great Vijayanagara empire, I wanted to visit and explore Hampi.
Hampi is the capital city of the great Vijayanagara empire located on the banks of the Tungabadra river. The Empire shined between 1336-1565.
Under the rule of the outstanding king, Sri Krishna Deva Raya(1509-1529) Vijayanagara kingdom flourished and merchants from all over the world were in the kingdom to buy goods from the markets of Hampi.
Hampi is known for its Ruins which are actually very beautiful and amazing.
After seeing those ruins I started to think what if those all those buildings and monuments are not ruins(If they are in their original form) and that blew my mind if it is soo I am sure we all will be astonished by those amazing architectural works.
I am deeply pained to see those beautiful temples, Buildings and monuments as ruins.
I really feel everyone should visit Hampi at least once in a lifetime and should see all those amazing monuments.
Hampi clearly portrays the rich Indian culture and heritage.
Everything in Hampi has a story to say.
I would like to make detailed posts about my visit and experience about all monuments at Hampi in upcoming posts.
Stay safe.
Thank you.

Wonderful pictures @Harsha_Reddy
Looking at the Vittal Swamy temple that is perhaps just the entrance that you have shared and I note that there are two parts - one which is the base one type of stone seems to be original and the yellowish-golden top which appears to be an imposed structure created more recently.

Sorry for the mistake.
The temple in the post is Virupaksha temple. NOT VITTAL swmay temple.

Hey @TusharSuradkar
How are you doing?
You are right
The base part is the orginal one and the remaining gopuram (shikara) is reconstructed in the British period and there are some renovation(conservation work) done by ASI (Archaeological survey of India) in recent period.
And I am really happy about your Accessibility for all Movement.
I will try to make a note about Accessibility from my next trip and impart them in post.
Thank you for that @TusharSuradkar
