The lost dorm is found back.

It was November 2008. At that time Nokia map, google map is present but i think, vast of people has a little knowledge or interest how to use them or implement in daily life; and local guide concept is absent. I did nothing for google map, but i love google map for many reasons, that’s why my post is here. I went Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj. one thing, i want to say in advance, in my childhood, i love to walk, discover new road, path, places and more, i had clear idea of map and even i can find place with a help of magnetic compass and map. OK, in Saudi Arabia, on Hajj ritual, millions of people perform their operation in same time. we did a operation like that at noon and it was after sunset. me and my friends sat on a field named MINA, looking thousand of people comes and go. An old man, near 65 or 70, very very tired and seems hungry; searching something. We observe him some time. last ask him who is he and what is he searching for. He replied, he is a pilgrim from Bangladesh, perform a ritual at noon, lost his tent. he could not find his tent till now 9.00 pm, did not take any food, he can’t speak any language without bangle. he walked for a long time to find his tent. He cant even talk properly with us. he only had a id card with info: name, tent number, road number, pilgrim number etc, written both Arabic and English. All pilgrim has this type of id card. In hajj season, all pilgrim stays at Mina field for 3 to 5 days. So it is very difficult to find an address for a new one on the vast field of mina. So we took the old man to our tent, give him food, water, ask him to take rest and dint worry about his lost tent. after a while, i put out my pocket compass and a map of mina. I find out his tent within 20 minutes, took him his tent and tell him it is your tent. The old man can’t believe, that he can do get back his tent again. After calming, he hugged me and start cry. he blessed me from his heart. I can never forget that event.

I think Everyone should be blessed, who contribute on google map as local guide.
