Local Guide program is very important for me, it’s a great opportunity. I‘d grow up, to become a Street View driver: this is my big dream. Another great dream of mine? Creating a virtual tour within Area 51, If I could get permission to enter.
Furthermore I love this planet, then it’d be good to shoot Street View with electric cars, so as not to pollute, maybe with a Tesla, that one day I’m sure I’ll own.
I also wrote a Letter to Tesla, although I have not yet received an answer. I’m sure that one day someone will give me this car.
I’m gonna put the Street View stickers on, mount a 360-degree camera on the roof, and I’m gonna do street views of the whole world, for free.
Because if Google offers us a service without paying, it‘d be right that this service isn’t created for a fee. This is my Letter to Tesla:
"Dear Tesla,
If you aren’t gonna give me a Tesla Model X Car, you can already trash this letter.
I introduce myself. I’m Davide Salvatore D’Anna, a Computer Engineer, born in 1992 in Sicily (Far South of Italy or Far North of Africa). I love my homeland, although there’s no Superchargers, although we’re in second grade, although our roads collapse and the current only barely comes through.
Unlike who runs away in search of a better world, however, I stay in my Land. So I fight every single day, in order that even Agrigento, the last province of all Italian country, one day can become THE FIRST.
…it’s its fault if I’m limping, but I’m grateful to God for being still alive gave up. Every morning I wake up at 5:00 AM, trying to improve my life and the one of people around me.

All of this is due to doctors, who aren’t able to do their own job at all. They are graduates put there by no one knows who, whose protocol says to kill guys, like me, that still have a life ahead and many dreams to fulfill. But what do they do instead? They destroy the lives of those poor guys.
I’ve always wanted the best, that’s why I came to you. I started from a 300,00 € value computer, but I turned my passion for technology into work, and now I have a PC that for instance at NASA, or even at SpaceX, can only dream. It’s an excellent tool with which I make graphics, websites and programming.
In my country I was the first person to have a camera phone: my uncle presented it to me, when I woke up from the coma.
Another uncle gave me a disposable camera, when I was 15. Now I work as a photographer, for events like weddings and baptisms (up to 3 events a day, sometimes), as if my legs could hold up.
I’d like to be the first young man (I’m 27) to own a Tesla Model X Car, the first one ever in Sicily. I think no one has this car model, in Sicily; perhaps a guy had it, but after he sold it. I don’t care its velocity or acceleration, that’s it goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 2,9 seconds. I don’t care it reaches 250 km/h. I want it just because it’s the only car with wings, in order to I can fly again, like when I was a child.
I currently got a Fiat 500X, as a car. Since I can’t close the car’s door with my left hand, I pull it by the side dashboard, with my right one: in fact one day the whole door came off.
This problem wouldn’t exist with Tesla Model X Car, because you enter, you press the car’s brake and so the doors close by themselves, electrically. It’s really my biggest dream.
Sometimes life takes everything away. But if you have patience and you believe in your dreams, life comes back all that it has taken away, doubling the interest rate.
That’s because life is the most beautiful thing that could happen to me, and I want to enjoy 101% of it.
Before I had the accident, I dreamed of becoming a footballer: my coach said I was “the best ‘92” he had ever seen playing. If I had succeeded, I’d have come to you with a briefcase full of money and I’d have taken the Roadster: the players are like that. But only 1 in 100.000 makes it. The only regret I have is I couldn’t even try, but it wasn’t my fault. I’m indeed so stubborn that I swear I’d have made it, to get to play a Champions League final. Probably it is useless to regret what can no longer happen, however.
On August 10th, 2019 I came from Sicily to Padua (in Northern Italy), in order to try this little technology gem. It was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life: to feel your heart racing when you accelerate, it’s an emotion that takes you 3 meters above the sky.
Every day I enter on your site, and by now I know it by heart. But I think it could be improved, maybe with some more beautiful photos. I don’t like Model X Car photos. Why don’t you put a picture with Falcon Wing doors open, if you have a car with wings?
If you’ll give me a Model X Car, I’ll take it to the sea, to take pictures of it. So you’ll not only have new photos for the site, but I can also update it. Photography is indeed another great passion of mine: fortunately only a bit of a good eye needs, and even with one hand you can pull off something nice.

After a month of coma, the doctors told my parents they continued to pray for me: “we can also pull the plug, as now it’s impossible for your child to wake up…even if it had happen, he’d remain a vegetable for life”.

My parents continued to pray, and they never gave up. They rather believed more and more, until an angel came down from heaven and brought me back to life; so I’ll never stop even, to believe in my dreams. I promised my parents I’ll get a Tesla Car as a gift, and so it’ll be. Put it on your head.
Mum and Dad never made me miss anything. They made me treat in so many hospitals (in Austria and Switzerland, as well as in Italy), with physiotherapy, speech therapy, etc. It’s thanks to them that today I’m not a lettuce, it’s thanks to them that I have fantastic friends. I also had my first scooter, when I was 14, although I could barely stand. Whatever I wanted, I only needed to ask, so from the opposite side of Italy Dad left to bring it to me.
So one of 101 wishes I feel to have is being able to give back to my parents everything they did for me.
I don’t often see my father, ‘cause he works in North Italy. With the excuse of trying Tesla Car, I indeed went there, but I took this opportunity to spend some time with him. Dad believes in Tesla more than I can, he knows one day I’ll have it. He thinks I can afford Model 3 Car, but I always aspire high.
I’m different from my friends. They always talk about football, gym, while I do about Tesla, electric mobility and the good I want to this planet. They smoke, while I break their cigarettes. I talk so much about you, that my parents and friends are tired of hearing me. In fact I had to change name to Tesla: now I call it “Nikola”. Don’t you wanna believe it? I can make hundreds of videos, to testify I always talk about you. They don’t know that, even if you’ll give it to me, I’ll continue to talk about your products, more and more.
Every time I talk about Tesla, my eyes light up and I get goosebumps: more than one person told me that. When I tried Model X Car in Padua, I doubted there was anyone happier than me in the world.
With a lot of people I bet I can get a Tesla, and I’ve never lost a bet.

You have given a Tesla Car to some Hackers who have tried to hack Tesla Infotainment System, another car to one Youtuber who always talks about Batteries and Photovoltaics in his videos. I always talk about you, in my own small way: you’re always in my heart, for what you produce and ideas you have.
You launched a $ 200.000,00 Roadster into space. About space, I wish with all my heart to be the first man to set foot on Mars. Tell that to Musk. If you’re searching some test case to send up there, I’m for sure available. So I wouldn’t have nothing to lose, even if we had to feel lost, ‘cause I have a poor sense of orientation (I’m warning you).
I dream a flame red Model X Car, with advanced Autopilot, 7 seats, white interiors and latest generation FSD, naturally Long Range. Are you thinking I want a lot? I’ll be satisfied even if I’ll have a car used, painted any color you want. So with debut of Model Y, and if there’ll be a Model X restyling, I doubt you can sell all the Model X Cars currently on sale, even if I wish with all my heart you could do it. By giving me a Model X Car, you could really make me the happiest child in the world.
Could you imagine how many letters would arrive, if you gave me a Tesla Car? It’d be nice to collect all of them on a website and to read people’s dreams, because dreams help us live better.
Another wish (among the 101 ones) is to travel around the world. But if that means polluting the planet, then it’s better to stay at home. When I’ll have my Model X Car, I’ll travel all around the world for real instead, with a zero emission vehicle.
On tomorrow morning I’ll already wake up and look at my phone, with hope it can ring. So to my answer, “Good morning, this is Mr. D’Anna”, someone’ll reply: “Hello, Mr. D’Anna. I’m Elon Musk. We’ve decided to give you a Tesla Model X Car”. At that point I’ll start screaming, wherever I am. If you believe in your dreams, sooner or later that call will come, I’m sure.
You’ll give this gift not only to me, but to the entire planet. It’ll be everyone’s Tesla Car, that of who wanna try it, climb it, in Sicily everyone like me is far from the rest of the world. We just have to agree, and I’ll show them all the functions in detail. In Padua test drive guy told me I knew almost more than him, about Tesla Cars.
When I was child, I promised my friends I’d have gotten a flying car, when I’d have grown up. Tesla Car still doesn’t fly, but it has wings.
My boss has promised me, if I’ll get this blessed Tesla Car, he’ll place a photovoltaic roof with a Charger in the office, which can be available for everyone who needs to recharge batteries.
You wouldn’t imagine what it could mean for me, the fact that a car door can open by itself, pressing a button on the screen, without having necessarily to stretch the right hand. It simply means to be “Normal”, uppercase reading “N” letter.
Moreover, I’d like to make a film, about it. A child who dreamed of traveling the world, but destiny cut his legs: here was that technology created a car driving by itself, which therefore let the child travel all around the world. It’ll be really “Titanic of the New Millennium”, you’ll see.
I know. You’ll be surely taking me for an idiot, just thinking I simply want you to give me an over € 100.000,00 car with a letter, as well as it’s an usual behavior to do that with Santa Claus. It’s not like that. If you’ll tear up this letter, I’ll find other ways, other people who believe in me. It’ll only be a matter of time, and in my garage there’ll be a Tesla Model X Car anyway.

Maybe I’m asking too much, you’re right. But I’d like to get one last wish. If one day I had to die, I’d like to make the last trip to the cemetery on my Red Tesla Model X Car, with wings open and a banner showing this message: “THE YOUNG SICILIAN MAN THAT DREAMED OF CHANGING THE WORLD”. No tears, just so much cheerfulness.
My dad read this mail and he promised me that if you gift me this car, he came with me in California to pick up my Tesla. My travel around the world could be start from the States. With my dad and my Tesla.
