The largest Hare Krishna Community in South America.

Hi!! My name is Rosana Belló, I’m from Pindamonhangaba SP. Brasil, and here in my city there are a lot of interesting stuff such as:

Located in the high mountain Serra da Mantiqueira there is the largest Hare Krishna Community in South America, it is called Fazenda Nova Gokula.

Place full of natural beauty, with waterfalls where is possible to take bath, provided they follow the rules (only with clothes).

You can also enjoy, the templo, cafetery, and vegetarian restaurants where you can try a delicius drumstick of jackfruit and blackberry juice.

It also has hostel and camping. It is great to spend some moments in contact with nature and to know new cultures.

Thanks a lot for sharing the details and photos from a devotional place from Brazil.

I am delighted to read about the popularity of Lord Krishna among South Americans.

I really wanna visit there, thank a lot for writing a spiritual post.

Most welcome in India, there are many ISKON(INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR KRISHNA CONSCIOUSNESS) temples also known as Hare Krishna Movement.

Keep sharing your experience with community.

Thank you very much @rosanabtl … Great to hear that there are many Krishna devotees out there.

Yes, this religion is really beautiful as well as inspiring. Bhagavad Gita is a religious book, but more than that it teaches a way of living life …

@rosanabtl thanks for sharing this. The pictures are beautiful and are tempting a visitation. I don’t know much about Krishna except my former India bosses used to organise prayer in November, after the prayer we got to pick money and sweet.
