The first time when I ate an Indian food when I was in Penang island , Penang is a Malaysian state located on the northwest coast of Peninsular Malaysia, by the Malacca Strait. It has two parts: Penang Island, where the capital city, George Town, is located, and Seberang Perai (formerly Province Wellesley) on the Malay Peninsula. The second smallest Malaysian state by land mass, Penang is bordered by Kedah to the north and the east, and Perak to the south.Currently, Penang is home to Southeast Asia’s Longest bridge connecting the island to mainland [1] .
There is three main races in Penang , the Chinese, Malays and Indians , Penang’s population stood at nearly 1.767 million as of 2018, while its population density rose to 1,684/km2 (4,360/sq mi) [2] , and Indians are about 9% of Penang population .every street or neighborhood in this state you will find an Indian restaurant or bakery . When I was walking in one of famous street market I smelled a delicious spices aroma came from a food truck . This aroma take me and guide me directly to place and I was close my eyes just smelling this amazing smell and this is was my first time I had wonderful indian food experience . For this first I try the chicken tandoori it was a chicken legs grilled in an Indian traditional oven which is made from clay , marinated with blend of amazing mixed of spices . The next day I came for the same food truck but this time I try something sweet it’s was a dish called rotti soso it was a fried dough glazed with a blend of milk and sweetener served with curry dipping .
When I came to live in the United States of America in 2014 there was a two Indian restaurant in the city where i live in Virginia state , I went to one of them . When I open the door of restaurant I feel like I’m in the heaven the smelled and colorful of the plates made my day the first dishes I tried it was a chicken masala , Chicken tikka masala is a dish of chunks of roasted marinated chicken (chicken tikka) in a spiced curry sauce. The sauce is usually creamy and orange-coloured.[3] , every pictures i take it for the plates and share it to google maps with a review to the restaurant make me feel I’m doing great job to guide those who are looking for amazing plates to share the love together in the table to these who are looking for the great taste , every letter i post in the review make me feel i contribute in drawing clear way in google map and the Indian food give me this passion with them spices and dishes and i promise myself to keep going and share the love in google maps to make this world wonderful and shine with our words and reviews1 , 2 , 3 : Wikipedia
