I consider it very important for the owner of a small business as well as for potential consumers to obtain references of people who have no greater interest than to comment on their experiences with the product or service provided. In this way the good quality is rewarded and publicized and people are invited to make consumption decisions based on successful experiences and not on big advertising lies.
