I am a woman. I am a mom. But most importantly, I am a human being, and when ‘duty’ calls, I need to spring into action to prevent accidents, leaks, and overflow.
We all go potty, but for some, the urge to go when out-and-about is less of an annoyance and more of a time sensitive emergency. There’s lots of reasons you might need a bathroom ASAP… breastfeeding mum’s, IBS, urinary incontinence, a suprise visit from Aunt Flow, and so much more.
Thinking back to when my son was potty training, we learned quickly we needed to be prepared for anything. We might stop at a mom and pop pizza shop for a slice, sit down and order, and then… “I have to poop and I can’t hold it!”. And to make matters worse, we would find out in this dyer moment that the pizza joint doesn’t have a public restroom.
It’s instances like these that have made me passionate about alerting others via my reviews whether or not a place has public restroom facilities so that you can be confident and prepared for any suprise your body throws your way.
