I intend to review from the perspective of the homeless person. I can guess what some may be thinking but I am not your average, everyday “run of the mill” homeless tramp (please pardon the derogatory implication but they bring it upon themselves). I don’t know if this is a novel idea and may be quite possibly controversial but I assure all, my intentions are documental in nature and only to positively promote my fair city (Las Cruces, NM) and Google of course.
With that being said, approximately half of my reviews will be of the “public” nature, for instance I am at the main branch of the city library and will review it post haste. Some input from the Google team would be much appreciated and invaluable.

Hi @PrinceArisel
Great idea.
I remember one of last year’s guiding stars compiles lists on Google Maps with resources for homeless people.
Please see:

It is a little hard to tell from the way you’ve written your post @PrinceArisel but if you intend to review in a positive light and suggest from a homeless angle the useful services around your city e.g. “this public facility makes showers, lockers and rest areas available to the homeless” then that is perfectly ok and very welcome on Maps, if for example you were reviewing from the homed reviewing the homeless e.g. “this park is terrible because its full of homeless people” then perhaps not.
Hopefully you’re aiming at the first approach. The homeless have a hard enough time.

Thank you Paul, if may address you informally;.my intentions are first and foremost to promote my fair city in a positive light in order to attract those that will help build our city up, not tear it down. I cannot in good conscience lead anyone into a “den of vipers” or “a nest of scorpions” unless of course that is their preference and if that is the case, a review of such may just be their “cup of tea.”
Either way those who look to enjoy the benefits of the services I review will know to mind their “P’s and Q’s” in order to gain any benefit they seek, or to relax with their “birds of a feather” if you will pardon the many metaphor’s. This is still America and one is free to enjoy said freedom so long as no harm comes of it. My only intention, other what is mentioned aforehand, is to prevent just that type of harm I suffered (and am suffering to this very day), if not a heads up at the very least, so one will not make a mistake as I did, or to quite simply relax.
But you are correct, I did fail to mention the “showers” etc and I will edit any of my post’s to include such benefits if I may; working on my writing style is on the top of my list, after surviving of course. It’s going to be a cold cold night tonight while sleeping on cold hard concrete because I cannot enjoy the benefits other homeless enjoy because I make mistakes that do not warrant a death sentence via exposure!

Thank you @PaulPavlinovich , to borrow from one of my favorite authors “courtesy is like a drink from a fresh mountain stream.” The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant, The Unbeliever, Lord Fouls Bane, Stephen R. Donaldson.
Forgive the late reply but I have been having some troubles mainly with my phone. It is very difficult to charge my battery under “normal” circumstances, but a strange thing happens when I try to charge at a certain fast food restaurant. Instead of charging my phone there, my battery drains. I had 22% and before I knew it I was down to 0% while plugged in. It took me all day the next day to charge it back to an acceptable level at a very undesirable location but as usual I turned that negative into a positive (or as I prefer to term "turn that frown upside down…a type of double edged sword in context). I will have to test to make certain other factors are involved or not.
Also, I am taking an online college course and had a deadline to meet today. Now, I can go full force with my reviews as I have several I would like to submit.
One more issue I would like to share concerns my photo submissions, I cannot edit them for clarity as there may be legal implications that would render them inadmissible and I do not have the time or resources to research said issue. (My laptop was stolen from the Community of Hope mentioned in one of my reviews)
Wish me luck and see you on the boards.

@PrinceArisel for photo editing, there are quite a few applications that can do that on your phone like Snapseed which is available for both major platforms and more importantly is free to obtain and use with no ads. It’s also a Google product so you know its as trustworthy enough.
The charging problem is interesting, I had that happen on a plane once where my phone went flat while charging it and not using it for anything.
Good on you for doing the course, I hope it helps your future.
