It has received a number of tourists due to its historic places. Turn west, a small historic town close to Cape Coast, you’re never more than a few minutes’ journey from the Elmina Castle.
Between Elmina Castle and Cape Coast Castle is the Prestigious University of Cape Coast which is ranked among the top three universities in Ghana.Yearly, the natives of this land celebrate festivals to showcase their culture. Ghanaians and people from all walks of life come together for biennial Panafest (Pan Africa Festival) “The noise you hear during this festive is the sound of freedom”.
It is easy to understand why Cape is a popular education destination. It was the first Capital of Ghana and the first place to receive formal education in Ghana.
Cape Coast is home to top ranked prestigious elite Junior and senior high schools in Ghana.
Many of Ghana’s tertiary institutions can be located here in the city for this reason the town has many hostel residential apartments for rentals.
What I love about this town is the fact that every place is somehow historic and it all dates back from the history of the Gold Coast colonial era to present day Ghana.
Now the newly built market has boosted and giving opportunities for young people to indulge in entrepreneurship and startup businesses. I love to help and review some of these businesses to help them be found.
My concerns about students, workers, and visitors especially tourists from all walks of life finding the best possible services available here in this little city or anywhere in the world to meet their needs are what motivates me to be part of this awesome community contributing to google maps.
