I have lived most of my adult in Southern California and then to Las Vegas, Nevada.
The desert is a wonderful place. At first it seems lifeless without culture.
After a while it has beauty in its own right … the slight changes in weather,
The landscape that you create. the grateful Oasis that you spot.
We do have the Seasons but in a mild form and do get snow once in a great while which is refreshing.
Come spring is the time to travel with all the Festivals starting up all over the place.
