The Fruits are best ally for health !!!

Dear connect community friends,

Today, I am presenting few pictures of fruits for your interest and view .

Fruits are considered good ally to our food and health. Hence, friends are suggested to make a good habit in their eating practices for adding available local fruits of their places.

They are very nutritious in their values. As the saying goes " An apple a day, keeps doctor away. " So don’t miss it in adding your regular meals.

The shown photos are Apple, Orange and Guava. The shown single Guava is from my garden.

Thanks for sharing this healthy suggestion for us! I agree with you, we should add more fruit, and vegetables in general, to our diets. I love all sort of fruit but I have never tried Guava. How does it taste?

Health is real wealth for all .But we forget what should be a good life style so far as eating behaviour is concerned. That’s why I emphasised on fruits in general.

The food habits need some alteration, so we could have nutritive diets .As I said fruits should be added in our diet, all are good, but the Mango–the most popular fruit can’t be suggested for a diabetic person. Meaning by, all fresh fruits if available in a place should be used and they have different nutrients value .

Coming to Guava, it’s not so sweet, but healthy for everyone. There are several fruits, impossible to describe all ,but they are good for health .

One fruit I wish to add here with picture, that is Wood Apple ,very good for digestive system, not so sweet. We have it by squeezing it and put into water and well stirred it and finally drink in a glass

Green vegetables are good for health, boiled vegetables are act as good tonic for health and always use less oil in preparation for all the food we use on regular basis .

All the food habits can’t be illustrated here in few lines, but always think first what we are going to eat .

Thanks for your answer! I agree with you, what we eat is very important and vegetables in general are often neglected, especially by people living a busy life in a urban environment.
