Taste differentiate the attitude towards any kind of dishes. My first encountered with Chicken Briyani disappointed me. But my trip to Lumbini helped me to restore the same attitude towards the dish. I had a wonderful time with these Briyani at a different restaurant at Lumbini, Nepal. I suggest everyone visiting Lumbini, Nepal to taste this food at the respective restaurant.

I really like biriyani and I think most of Japanese like that taste! I lived in Colombo last year, so I hope I can join your activity when I come back to Sri Lanka.

A spoon of biryani is a package of number of flavours that gets absorbed instantly. I just love its texture
A great combination of spices and slow cooking.
