Recently my family and I traveled to Michoacan, a Mexican state in the West. In this trip I discovered how delicious the food here is, I could try the main foods and now I know why Mexican food is considered as a human heritage in the world. When we arrived to Morelia, my fiancée’s family received us with the most typical food in Michoacan: “Corunda”. When they were preparing them, I could notice that the process of cooking was more like a religious rite, every ingredient had its escential part in the food, every bite was magnificent, because I could recognize the process I had just seen. Sincerely, I would eat this food every day of my year.
