Connect only allows jpg photos @KamalHossenR you are using an iPhone you will need to convert the heic iPhone proprietary format to jpeg.

Additionally, you can modify the camera settings to save files in JPEG format only. That will save the trouble of converting. Nevertheless, that may occupy more storage space. However, if you are backing up those to Google Photos and then purging that from the phone, that shouldn’t be a problem.
