I Captured this using my Canon EOS Rebel T6i with 55-250 mm Lens.

With my camera mounted on a Tripod, this image was captured at 100 ISO, aperture of f/5.6 and shutter speed at 1/320s in a dark night at a Focal Length of 250 mm.
