The #drum is an age-long tool of communication in Africa. It sure has it’s tone and tune that is understood by the player and those whose ears are tuned to pick it’s beats. This is a sculptural edifice used to depict communication in front of the Cross River State Broadcasting Corporation gate, in #Calabar, #Nigeria

Thanks @BorrisS for your encouraging response to my post bout the Drum, You’ll sure see more photos telling the African story here and all over Google Maps.
